Apple Cake

From the Kitchen of Evelyn Schneider (Jackie’s mom)

4 Tbsp. Cinnamon

1 c. sugar

1 c. butter/Crisco

2 egg

cream the above ingredients

then add:

1 ½ c. milk

4 C. flour

4 tsp. Baking powder

spread into greased cake pan

slice 3-4 apples (depending on size) and press into the top of the cake

bake at 325 until toothpick comes clean – (35-40min.)
