Pot

Fill pot ¾ of the way with water. Place pot on stove and set burner to High. Contrary to popular belief, a watched pot WILL boil. When the water appears turbulent with steam and bubbles, it is done.

Use for boiling potatoes, vegetables, making tea and for occupying the time of people getting in the way while you are delivering a baby.

• Place your vegetables in a colander or strainer in the pot above the boiling water to steam them and retain their nutrients!
