Hot Dogs
From the Kitchen of Michael Murphy
1 lb of
decent, all beef hot dogs, deli hot dogs or, better yet, New England Style
(Exploding Skins) Hot Dogs. Spring
for the best you can afford.
1 package of New England
Style Hot Dog Buns (You will have to hunt these down. They have the sides
sliced off of them.) Cheap Hot Dogs aren’t fit for them.
Boil Hot Dogs until near
bursting.
Grill bun in butter until
golden brown on both sides.
Place Hot Dog in bun and add
favorite condiments.
