Most hosting providers do not charge
to transfer a Web address. Please note that Real Country
Life does not charge for this transfer at all; any
transfer charges that you may incur would come directly
from your current hosting provider.

do I know that I'll have a reliable hosting provider
for my Web site?
To simplify the process of getting
your Web site up and running, we automatically arrange
your Web site hosting for you. We partner with leading,
reliable hosting providers as well.

I can't
find a Web address that works for my Web site; lots
of the names I've tried are taken. I don't have a
Web address to transfer either. What should I do?
Your Web site must have a Web address
in order to be found on the Internet. And you have
to have a Web address to subscribe to our monthly
plans. But if you want to get a Web site now (and
register your Web address later) you can have Real
Country Life build your site, then download the site
to your computer. Just remember that your Web site
won't be on the Internet until you have registered
your Web address. Your next step will be to arrange
for the Web site to be hosted by Real Country Life
or the provider of your choice. Many hosting providers
offer "third level domain names" (e.g. www.yourcompany.abccompany.com).
If you have dial up access to the Internet through
an Internet Service Provider (ISP) you may already
have space for a Web site with a third level domain
name. Check with your existing provider for details.

site within 2 business days and present it to you
online. Once you review and give us your feedback,
the remaining process to complete the site and make
it live online usually takes an additional 3 business
days. Sites involving domain transfers may take a
little longer.

if I want to change my site content after it's been
published?
Our Web sites are designed to be flexible
and to grow with your business. You can always update
your text and graphics by simply requesting your changes.

In the event you wish to select a
different design from our gallery after the initial
publishing of the Web site, you will be subject to
a $200.00 Design Change fee.

much will it cost to make changes to my Web site once
the warranty period expires?
Quite often if a client simply
needs a quick change such as editing text which will
only take a few minutes we simply do it for free.
If the changes or additions appear to be significant
then we either produce another contract for the development
at a fixed cost, or simply bill you at our current
hourly rate. Currently our rates start at $65.00 per
hour for design and $85.00 per hour for programming.

How can
I be sure my site will be unique?
Each Web site design gives you the
structure for your site and then you can add unique
elements according to your needs. You can include
your company name, logo, artwork, photos, personalized
text, button headers etc. In addition, our library
of designs is always growing.

for Design Services and accept Visa, MasterCard &
Discover for Domain Registration, Domain Name Transfers
and Web Hosting. We also accept checks and money orders
however we reserve the right to delay web design until
the check has cleared our bank.

Design services are billed through
PayPal under the name Michael Murphy. Web Hosting,

by Wild West Domains/Hosting SVCS.

What
is your Returns/Cancellations Policy?

You
shall have the right to a full refund within 2
business days of successfully purchasing a Web
Builder Design Package. You shall have the right
to a half refund within 4 business days of successfully
purchasing a Web Builder Design Package. If you
purchase one of our Web sites and have downloaded
it, published it to the Internet, or more than
5 business days have passed since the purchase,
then no refunds will be given.
